The Munondida Foundation is dedicated to championing health and empowerment for young women, and our recent Breast Cancer & Sexual Reproductive Health Awareness Workshop at Riverton Academy was a shining example of this mission in action. With over 450 participants ranging from Grade 3 to Form 5, the event celebrated knowledge, empowerment, and the resilience of girls in Zimbabwe.
Workshop Highlights:
- Interactive Educational Sessions: Covering breast cancer awareness, teen pregnancy prevention, and mental health.
- Personal Testimony: Our Director shared her inspiring journey of overcoming teenage pregnancy, a story of hope and triumph.
- Engaging Activities: The event featured dances, songs, games, and a spirited march to promote girl power.
- Celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Marked by a heartfelt cake-cutting ceremony.
